In her shoes

trends I love, trends i hate and everything that goes inbetween
I want this so much! Don’t you just love it when you find something that you just love and you start a major search of the web and all shops to find it… when that fails you start thinking right…. I’m going to have to try and make it.

Ankle Socks <3

I love the ankle sock trend! It’s such a cutie! I’ve always been a big fan on having funky socks and I’ve so far always had to live with only being allowed to wear them at home or under boots. But this whole cute socks with heels, sandals, dolly shoes, etc… is just right up my street.

It’s actually got me wanting to wear my heels again. I stopped wearing heels, because I was fed up of how much they hurt. But now, we can wear our heels with less pain. I would say this a great success for women’s feet everywhere. :)

I find it such a waste when naturally pretty girls, plaster themselves with makeup. I understand putting make up on to hide the few blemishes, or to give your eyes a bit more definition or even bringing a bit of life with a bright pink lippy.
But there is a huge different with girls who put so much make up on you couldn’t recognize them in the morning. When the layer of make up is thick you can see it from across the room.
Make up is meant to be a little helper NOT a mask to hide behind.

The cold winter air has arrived and we are already starting to feel the dreaded winter symptoms. Ben & Jerrys have come to join us for another Winter hibernating in front of our TVs. And some of us might already be having the odd sniffle. But not all is lost. Now we get an excuse to walk around in a coat big enough to actually be our duvet. Adding layer upon layer of all the softest, warmest and snuggest clothes and accessories. And it’s also an excuse to go shopping for a whole new winter wardrobe. These are definitely my must buy this season:
1). Jane Norman - £55
2). River Island - £13
3). Alice Hannah - £16
4). Topshop - £10

Who decided that these are cool!? Why on earth are people actually buying this! They should never be worn and never be seen! Apart from giving one as a joke, there is no other reason to own one. Ever! Especially number 3, it looks like a piece from M.C.Esher!
I think this is the trend I most hate this season. Major fail!

I always find that watches finish off an outfit. No matter what you’re wearing, you can just add a trendy watch, and suddenly you’re dressed up. Unfortunately, I’ve found that it’s sometimes difficult to find an affordable and fashionable watch. I’ve therefore taken it as my mission, to find trendy and affordable watches. My favourite finds are:
1). ASOS “Once upon a time” - £202). ASOS “Antique” - £283). Disney Mickey Mouse - £354). Timex Originals - £49.995). Ted Baker - £54
